My concerns with Confidosoft Solutions Pvt Ltd stem from the lack of a clear vision or a roadmap from the management to guide the product's future growth, especially for key revenue generating products over the next 2-3 years. Additionally, when it comes to the promotion of senior employees, there is no official recognition or public announcement, which could serve as a motivation for the experienced and for junior team members. The company also lacks a well-defined hierarchy, team structure, and a clear process for task management. While it is understandable that management has the right to assign tasks to any employee, It's important that they follow a proper, respectful process and communication channel. Currently, the management seems to focust primarily on business objectives only, but a more balanced approach-where senior leaders are emplowered to take responsibility and are supported with guidance and mentorship would help drive long-term success. Also clearly and constructively, management should balancelly focused on areas for imporvement while maintaining a professional tone conveyed by the client directly to the team members.
