...rst place to work. If you got the call from hr or any one from CPIL just ignore. Don't accept any job offer even at a high salary.

Dislikes

The worst place to work. No one is co-oparetive. Your senior will behave you like their own servant. Your carrier will go down. Work culture is not good. You can't gain knowledge rather your own skill will go down in this company. If you r talented then just politely ignore their offer.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.I'm handling over 8 plant and Manage all over activity they are difficult to handle ..

No one person for coprate to new employer......Sallery also not to pay time to time.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
