SEO people don't think about appraisal. if you will do something extraordinary they will be rewarded you a huge amount i.e. 1k at the end of the year.

Only three directors of Kolkata are very helpful. This is the only thing which is good in this company.

...se dont join in this company. If you need to be in trouble then you can be here. There is no policy, no PF, No mediclaim, No specific date of salary, no increment, no job security. As a HR I dont recommend this company to anyone.

job insecurity among the employee. Employee benefit policies are not correctly followed. Poor management system effects the employee future.
