Only thing that i like about this company is its Building Outlook and the infrastructure inside. Free cab facility as well.

... , Not Supervisior's but beware of the managers here. One more point to add on..the work will be repetative , you will not have chances to learn new things, They will tell you that you are going to be the NEXT TL , And you too believe the same because thats how good at acting they are , you will work hard day and night for what you want to become , IJP'S come you apply , they will hit you bottom on the IJP itself , then that is the time you will get demotivated , but you still work hard assuming that " ok let me try for the next time " and the same thing happens , let me all tell you one thing straight " THE ONE WHOM YOU HAVENT IMAGINED AS A TL , BECOMES THE TL here , Positions here change in a night , So what i say is dont fall for the building , atleast make sure your getting a salary that you are ok with. Salaries Slab: If Graduated / PG and exp > 5-7 years , Salary will be 25-30K.. Less than 5 yrs , Salary will be 8-15k Dont expect a different position in this company ..they are too damn smart.. they will pick the TL's internally only.. And the only mantra to become a TL is buying them Scotch Bottles..Since i dont like that way of becoming a TL , i never tried in that way.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is very less and work pressure is very high....

Likes

1) Work life balance, 2) Learning curve, 3) People collaboration, 4) Social responsibility, 5) Fun activities.

Dislikes

1) No salary growth, 2) very rare appraisal, 3) No promotions though we performed outstandingly.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

...oduction calls in the early hours of morning and sometimes in the night as well. Most important and sad part of my experience in the company is salary hikes not happening at least once in a year.

I like company policies except for the ones related to annual increments, appraisal. I feel my job is secured. It inherits excellent work culture where everyone feels respected and maintain a healthy work life balance.

Dislikes

Only point of dissatisfaction is salary/appraisal, compensation and benefits
