Company is working on old technology Doesnt have any policy in place , no hike given for 2 years.

The bad policy , no hike, mangement should think of putting the right policy in place. No per diem given for travel.

Night shift especially for married women is difficult.

Im very happy to work here because i have learnt lot of thinks there. Good work environment and company politics are very good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career groth is slow

You can get to learn technical skills however it is domain specific as well.

No appraisals. Company is not employee friendly. Salary structure is not tax saving. Benefit policies are also not so useful.

Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

...ry old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . You get to work with old outdated orthodox type of people and your opinion doesn't matter here .
