...the merit. Even they don't approve employees for applying Internal Job Postings.Very poor in compensation and employee benefits. Provide outdated computers for employees to work.

I Am working in Europe payments of Michelin Project . My team consists of 10 members. In that 6 persons are handling Europe payments and others are dealing with Brazil payments.My team members are very helpful and co-operative . So it is leads to a good working environment in Conduent. Cross training is the main thing in our team.So we can handle others work also if any employee is on leave.

Dislikes

Actually I am disappointed with my salary and compensation because the company do not value an employee’s strengths and not giving proper appraisal on the basis of the work .
