Salary Bechmark is pretty low. Struggling business hence shaky management Resources Overload. Some positions have more than requred people, some have no availability.

Peaceful job. Nothing to learn, If you do not learn then also no problem until you have good rapo with Manager :)

Very bad work culture. No hike, nothing. No body will touch u even if you don't even work, If you are working then dying with work load. No opportunity to learn Every year they fires ( Good resource they fire & keep them who are not even interested to work) If you are good with manager no body will touch you (dirty politics)

Not liking anything now .

Dislikes

Lot of work pressure , no hike from 2 years . No benifits or facility , During pendemic no covid leaves or no internet/ electricity cost and also no work from home benifits . Along with this travel allowance had been stopped .

There is no salary increament for all staff even if the company has profit. With out any benefit people resigning day by day.And average work ambiance in office struggling to get seat .
