Work-life Balance is good in Conduent. Its also depends on your team and Manager. Learning depends on you , how much one is interested in trainings.

Dislikes

Compensation and appraisals are very poor. You will keep waiting and eventually will leave the organisation but appraisals doesn't happen. They keep telling you wait things are in line. Too much of politics , you will never be rewarded for your good work even.

Work life balance is ok for me. If required we get Work from home option ,that was helpful to me.

Dislikes

There is no salary increament for all staff even if the company has profit. With out any benefit people resigning day by day.And average work ambiance in office struggling to get seat .

You can get to learn technical skills however it is domain specific as well.

Dislikes

No appraisals. Company is not employee friendly. Salary structure is not tax saving. Benefit policies are also not so useful.

Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

Dislikes

...ry old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . You get to work with old outdated orthodox type of people and your opinion doesn't matter here .

It is good who are looking for. Jobs gain some experience in Health care andBpo Sector

There is no individual growth no hike no permission even there is no overtime option cab also chargeable which was deducted in our salary no leaves on Indian holidaya and US holiday.
