I Am working in Europe payments of Michelin Project . My team consists of 10 members. In that 6 persons are handling Europe payments and others are dealing with Brazil payments.My team members are very helpful and co-operative . So it is leads to a good working environment in Conduent. Cross training is the main thing in our team.So we can handle others work also if any employee is on leave.

Dislikes

Actually I am disappointed with my salary and compensation because the company do not value an employee’s strengths and not giving proper appraisal on the basis of the work .

Work life balance is ok for me. If required we get Work from home option ,that was helpful to me.

Dislikes

There is no salary increament for all staff even if the company has profit. With out any benefit people resigning day by day.And average work ambiance in office struggling to get seat .

Collaborating with senior leaders across different countries helps to understand their views vision strategy expectations and help drive actions closer to company goals.

Dislikes

Error in crediting salary. Missing, carelessness, ongoing negligence in calculation of allowance, 70% of time got incorrect amount and dues pending. Took a lot of time for follow ups. To make matters worse, even the last working day resignation date was provided with wrong YEAR. All these inefficiencies only applies to HR INDIA.

Lot of pay disparity. Managers doesn't have the people management skills rather behaves like processor. Managers are not considerate at all and that leads to downfall in growth of individual

Conduent is quite good in terms of salary package than other companies. But the problem there is 9:30 hours shift and other companies wants 9 hours shift only. But company is good to join and for starting up the carrer.

Dislikes

Have to be on system whole day.
