Nothing. Beware job seekers don't join!!!! The people who have shared the positive reviews here are either lying or they were asked to do so (the date range of positive reviews indicates this) OR they don't know what actually is a good organization.

Dislikes

They have poached clients and employees from the previous organization of the boss here, where he worked as an employee. The people who have known each other from the previous organization form the core group here. They have been handed with senior positions. Only they get all the awards, rewards, appreciations and promotion. I guess they are the ones with good reviews here. They are also taught to do politics with other employees. No concept of training to the freshers and they cant handle the experience people as they feel only they are correct. The boss here decides everything No HR. No job security. Boss here fires like a dictator. The vibe of that place is soooo negative that you actually feel that negative energy while entering the office. In order to make an apparent cool office culture, the boss has over crossed that line and turned it into an unprofessional culture with his unprofessional behaviour.

The foremost thing I like is the work culture and the overall environment. I also read reviews from some of the peers who tried to defame the environment but frankly these are the individuals that were let go because they were the one who a) didn’t perform and b) liked politics then to focus on work. It’s my 3rd job and I have never came across a company where the foremost priority is given to work and not to the fact how much time you are spending in office or otherwise. We don’t work here as employees but as if this is our own company and everyone gets a feel of being an entrepreneur. I’m not sure if I would have wanted anything else from a company in terms of growth. There are opportunities where you can directly deal with the clients and there is no other channel that restricts you from getting in touch with the client.

Dislikes

Only one dislike that sometime the seniors are too humble that they even accept your mistake and don’t really push you back for the same. I’m not sure if that’s really a dislike or the biggest like, but I’m fortunate to be a part of this company.

I’ve come across a few posts wherein the ex employees are trying to tarnish the reputation of the organisation and hence it becomes essential to give you the real insight of our esteemed organisation People here are treated like a family no employee employer relationship could be seen. Your perks/hierarchy gets defined by your hours/quality of work and not the years you’ve spent here The founder is such he rewards the employees even in the mid year with motivational awards to the extent of pricey gadgets like Iphone 12. My motive is not here to highlight the greatness of the employer but the gestures he puts in to make us feel how a startup can give you wings and can get your dreams fulfilled.

Concur Ip is a fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work. The CEO will treat you like a person, not an employee, that's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees. The environment at the office is fun and expansive. If you work here you need to work at a pace and with consistency.
