...nt. The managers treat you like a new learners and an ASSET of the organisation. It is easy to take good salary hikes and promotions if you are doing your best. Targets are always the secondary thing but your hardwork and performance matters. All the freshers out there please go for it!!! For the experienced people, you must be aware of the employee centric environment of the company, however, if not, then you must join CNX to make your work-life full of charm, peace and enjoyment!!!

The only thing I would say that I disliked in this organisation is a typical corporate politics. However, it is everywhere, so it should not be something that matters in your life. Ignore the politics and grab the opportunities:-)

Nothing to like about this company, spent about 12 years here, from my first TL who cancelled my leaves, when i wanted to see my daughter in hospital and gave it to another agent who wanted to attend a pool tournament to the the managers who asked to pay one months salary if i left to the last operation manager who did not assign a medical drop for me even though documentation said so. the higher management should be fired, anyways as they say people leave other people they do not leave organisations. i did the same too. am in a better place now with a much better salary and a much better designation. Thanks to God

Disliked everything about the place. people with false motives. and specially higher ups just there to make and save more money instead of giving to the agents. The manipulation was first class and so were the evil motives of the higher ups. All good people had left, I was the last was forced to leave. You might say this is bad, after spending almost 12 years in the organisation. you know people outside in and inside out.

work culture and environment Pay Scale was good Amp;le oppurtunity of growth through IJPs.

Night Shift is the only drawback in concentrix as most of the business comes with the US based client. Apart from that, one of the best company to work.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
