There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't addrss sour issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is given to new joinees

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
