...d what can I say.. They just did false promises and took out there work from us. From last 8 months they are constantly doing false promises regarding salary. Increasing work pressure each and everyday. They just Don't think about there agents.. We feel like we are in british raj. Our question is why you guys din proactive false promises when you cannot afford to do so.. My gosh.

Everyone helps each for freshers it is like school boy joined college. And you will never get this freedom any other company. You can get easily WFH. I'm working for 2.6 months in this period I just did work WFO only 9 Months.

Well salary is issue solely heavy. You will get less salary as compared any other MNCs company. But if get own vihecle then it is advantage for you can get 4000₹ extra as T.A. and work environment depends on which process in you are.

...are okay to work constantly under pressure, the call center is s place for you. Most of the people go to work at call centers since they offer the highest pay in the industry even for the freshers and you'll find people from multiple fields coming here to either change their career path or to do the temperory job. But beleive me, working at some bpo sucks blood out of you if you are an artist or of you are passionate about finding else. So go to any workplace and you'll find people that stuck, few awesome colleagues who'll b your fronds forever, mean co workers n al... but don't get trapped in the thing called money=amount of working hours.... good luck

...s things inside the office that lead to make good environment within the office. But In term of salary, they are paying very less as per the work (like 9k, 10k) that lead to demotivate the employees and no one is satisfy with that. Due to this the willingness of work of employees there putting down even the incentives programs is also not good there. So overall in terms of salary its totally dissatisfied the employees.
