Salary is scam they show one packege and they give less net pay after all deductions and no promotions. HR policies are worst. I have joined as a customer care representative and they used me as Procurement Analyst for two years and they gave me designation as Advisor 1 Customer support. My package offered when I joined is 2 LPA which means I got 12k per month where in actually I need to get 14,666. after 2 appraisals it is 2,30,841 LPA which means 19,236 is gross after 12%basic pf deductions my take home should be 16,928 per month but they gave me 14,000. Concentrix is deceiving the employee by eating our hardwork.

Director was very egoistic. All manager are puppet of that director. No projects . They will put you support project or on bench , After that god only can help you. One of my team members was fired because of his ego. If you are right, then your manager must have support you but here no no no .. they will support you even he is also scold you. So my advice, don’t join this company. May some other director or manager be good but .. can’t say

Salary And there is one lead in AU project who's name Mobashiir azad .He is one of the worst fellow that I have never seems ,even he doesn't know basic and ethics in IT industry .Not sure seriously how he joined in IT industries.Llease be careful with this guy.

All things are in your senior hand, they will always criticize you, and point out your every mistake without any support. and if you argue with him the manager will send you on PIP immediately, without knowing your concern, so there is not job security, and from PIP they will fire you immediately without serving the notice period, also not pay any money. These thing you can not expect from this big name company.
