I regret to say that I would not recommend this company for job opportunities. The salary packages are below industry standards and there is a noticeable lack of focus on employee development. Additionally, management practices could use significant improvement, impacting overall job satisfaction and career growth.

I am working with this company 5 months. Colleague are so freindly & helpfull. Location is quite full . Also near by metro station ( central park) .

...ssure is too high ( even in WFH ) . They always think that you are machine only. The salary is too low . Increment is slow in a year. Management team is not good observed you. No holiday trip leave or personal leave they grant. Only WFH grant. Also the training period is mostly wrost ever I seen. They do not get training but they get u project. And if u have some wrong in the project or if u do not work whole day-night as per their wishes, then one day management team called you to resignation or either Conacent terminate you. Without any notice period or alert. So,you get a lot of trouble. This are happened with me .... So, please follow this my information if u get a joining to Conacent. I think this are helpful to u all guys....... I give only one star in rating..👎👎
