Overall staff is good. Owner of company is good. Every Thursday there is a lecture from Iskon Guruji.

No other Benifits. 6to7% fixed increment as oer sallery slab. Middle management is uneducated and rule the company as their personal interest. Multiple internal job workers, Ruined companies policy and product as well.

Appraisal/ increment not good. There was a lot of politics from the staff here. The office is very far from the station and there is a traffic issue. After 7.30 pm leaving the office premises there are no street light.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
