Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Nothing that I think of.

Dislikes

Salary not on time. Dont provide you with company policies properly then make excuses for everything. Work culture not good. Management is very poor, expect you to work at anytime of the day. Ask for leave and they will dance on top of your head why were you absent. Will not adhere to their word at the time of joining.

There is nothing in this company to like

... developer to work on the local host and directly push the code on production 4. After you have done the work they will not pay you (I worked as a contractor here) they want you to work for free and if you ask for money they will threaten you 5. I worked on a bank website in this company and they didn't even send me NDA Even I asked them 2-3 times for NDA and they give me all the access and everything of a bank website without NDA

Very bad work environment & culture. Teammates are not supportive & the management is not transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Comvision fired employees to without reason even employee is not well and not able to go office due to health issues. Comvision didn't understand employees problem. They don't have humanity.

Salary is very delayed in Comvision.
