1. Unnecessary politics and high level of toxic environment 2. They pay 20k to there employees and expect 24*7 working. Added to that they ask money for company event 3. There customer are leaving because of politics and all blame to employees Would not recommend to join this company. Worst experience of my career.

One of the good thing is learning. The collegues help also. Skill growth is very good since they work on cutting edge technology.

1. Micromanagement 2. Tranperancy 3. Communication , mainly they speak in hindi.

1. Comprinno can be good for freshers but be ready for the toxic work culture. 2. The Devops team used to be really good and supportive but everyone left because of the toxicity.

Comprinno operates as a family-run startup, where all members of leadership like the HR head, and CTO, are from the same family, leading to a controlled environment where employees voices are suppressed. 2. The CTO, who is also the wife of the founder & CEO, fosters an extremely stressful work environment, making it impossible for the employees to thrive. 3. If you are frustrated and unable to get a job elsewhere, Comprinno might seem like an option, but, be ready to regret your decision. 4. None of the employees leave this company on a good term. The exit process is even more torturous. Disgusting unprofessional management.
