1. Unnecessary politics and high level of toxic environment 2. They pay 20k to there employees and expect 24*7 working. Added to that they ask money for company event 3. There customer are leaving because of politics and all blame to employees Would not recommend to join this company. Worst experience of my career.

Learning is good and the team members but very high-pressure and extremely bad for the self respect.

Dislikes

Hell for freshers as they are pressured to work 16-18 hours a day and expected to fill the timesheet for at least 12 hours. And the pressure of the tech lead is so much, you'll be working on weekends also just to not get scolded still, you will get disappointment in the end. If you are an exp holder, it is better you prepare extra and join some other company, because you will stick in their ego and policy so much you will think that it's damage to your career and profile. They don't even hold their employees after a few years because they must match the industry standard which they don't want to, so, they make the env and relationship extremely toxic so the employees will depart on their own. In short, the company is not employee-friendly at all. The CTO monitors your slack all the time and if she finds that it's not green, she will instantly scold you, such is the level of micromanagement The most peaceful time of my professional life was when I completed my last working day in Comprinno.
