No dislike, but if parental insurance is included with employee health insurance, it will be still great as we know 90% parents are dependents their children’s in Indiana.

The company provides leaves, but its important to note that the probation period can be extended, and there are no paid emergency leaves. Additionally, employees only learn about the specific platform or project they'll be working on after the interview process, which can lead to unexpected assignments. The KT process, although intended to facilitate smooth transitions, discourages direct questions to the KT person, which may hinder full understanding of the project.

Most of them are product owners. Less understanding on cross platforms. Job security. Though it's full remote culture, they expect you to live the branch location. It depends on ur manager. Also, timings are strict 9am to 8pm or above in India. Most meeting are at 7pm to 10pm.

Most of the people are From US and Nepal, there is lot of Racism as well, 99% of the employees are known to any leadership of the organisation. Will suggest everyone never to join as they may fire you once the top management get to know that someone known to them is looking for opportunities, any time without giving you any notice
