Everyone has different expectation from employee. Think that One person can do all kind of work. Without specific job role and need, they will hire people and expect them to work as a labour. Advise to management: Don't hire people without a specific job role and requirement. This will save your time, money invested and resources. Pls be open to your specific requirement aligned to the position you are hiring for and not aligned with industry norms. Think about the persistence problems your facing and change the working model a bit. This will help to grow. Big ambition and talks, goals and visions will not be successful if don't willing to change.

I have attended interview with bala manager... After the interview he not giving any feedback .. i texted him but there is no reply ... this is not a way to treat people... due to this bussiness current situation most of the companies not providing job, we are also facing the same situations so please dont treat peoples irrespective... If they are not selected please tell properly because we are waiting for your call every day ....

I liked statergic and plan, skill development, poromotional activities.i liked there to take ownership.

i did not like interption after taking ownership. if you done somting well in job won't notice. and will make disoppoinment to down your self. it's one of the politics.
