Groupism, concentration of power to one person in remote sites, non-recognition, different location different policy at least where i was working. Lack of communication Middle management , Racism in projects away from Doha

...problem and they still want me to work. Now it’s on them if something happens. Way too much work for the pay. Too much moving around with my back issues.

I like to company policy, benefits,etc.and In this pandemic COVID-19 or lockdown, company give us all the benefits like all time,one tine salary etc,but from last month company wash not give me salary because of I'm traveling to Gurgaon to Delhi'it's just around 32-35km' in this lockdown,but for some people's whose traveling around 350-400km, company providing he's full salary,and for this management says you are not informing us before you going,I'm not happy for this.

I don't like the management of Compass group,I'm not saying about company and whole management I'm just saying about my side where I'm working.

It's third party company and depend upon 2.party..I have completed 4year but not increased salary or promotion. I dnt want tell to junior staff to join this company. pathetic conditions for junior staff no prestige for staff ...

Yes sure always ..no appraisals no increment.working environment is very bad .and most of people as junior staff non -school.. No one staff is hotel back ground.

I was very happy working at Compass. My colleagues were very good to me, and we all worked together like a nice family

I was happy working at Compass, but after I resigned, they informed me that my salary would be credited 45 days later. However, it was credited after 80 days. Because of this delay, I faced many issues. I called the concerned people several times, but they did not respond, nor did they answer my calls. As a result, I had to take loans. So, delaying salary payments beyond 45 days after resignation is causing a lot of issues for people with lower salaries
