Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

There were 3 partners and who were not in line with any idea so as an HR i felt stuck between the 3. The company doesnt value its employees who actually work for the company but only values those employees who betrays the company. The company should start recognizing and valuing the employees who are dedicated to the company!
