Its a insurance company and we have dealing witha a insurance company like health insurance motor insurance or life insurance we have deling with insurance sector candidate's its a post of team leader, sales executive , assistant manager , relationship manager etc.

There no exit policy company can fire you any time without information , even after the notice period company doesn't provide you your Fnf and 1 month salary do go with this company I worked here 1 here but they didn't not make my settlement after 6 month of leaving

I had been appointed on 2016 June. From the previous company i had given me hike and said that join as soon as possible that why i had join. but within a month we had a urgent work and i needed to return back to my house and yes they had approve my leaves also after returned from my house they were not beehive good and they were not allocating the leads and they were expected to me for the no of sales. for this they were forced me to come office on Sunday and yes i had gone though it. When i had joined in Term team then my reporting manager is Mr.Rakesh and they don't know how to beehive your friends or colleagues and Mr Ishan as same Rakesh . Mr.Rajesh (AVP) they don't know what is the ethical sales. Mr. Harjot Singh Narula (CEO). and One person Mr Ajit (He is the HR Of SB Insurance Broker) he is big busted of the SB Insurance Broker. He had force me to resigned the company within the month. he was not listening my voice. So i would like to you jobseeker don't recommended to join the Comparepolicy.com never never never.
