Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

I had the worst experience working in that place, it may be better for experienced developers because they know what they are doing but not so good for beginner developers.

Dislikes

It is a shady company with poor management and poor work culture. They say it will be 6 months of training which is 👎🏻🤮 and as days pass all of a sudden, they will force you to do work and expect results. I say this mainly for freshers looking forward to beginning their career in IT, this is one dishonest and dishonorable place to work Not worth it.
