Likes

They supported me through all my covid 19 quarantine. but overall working with Como FMS for the past 4 years is generally satisfying because there no increment in salary for hard-working employees like us.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike about working with Como Facilities Management & services is there is no salary increment but the rest is good. No training what so ever few years I work for almost two years 12 hours every working week without being compensated with overtime pay.
