Salary hike is very much influenced by refferal employees. No standard salary for any band of employees. Growth and opportunities limited to Mumbai base employees only. Overseas opportunity limited to Mumbai base employees only.

Environment is good in other department, they have good engagement session for the employee

Management is poor , they think all the thing should work as per them only, if u dont follow then you will be the target. also there are unnecessary hiring is they did even they dont have enough work to give those employee

I am not sure if I know anyone there has joined without a reference as apparently strong misplaced belief runs thru the corridors that professionals are demanding & do not fit into their culture. Apart from that, it is a great, rewarding, happy, lively place for everyone out there once you take care of some of the old redundant foxes in the Top Management out there. Timely salaries & appraisals, Birthday & Achievement celebrations, secure place for women, independence are some of the few perks that Commtel offers almost at par with a MNC.

Dislikes

Reduce practice of recruitment thru referrals, get rid of dead wood in Top Management, groom young blood for top Management to ensure continuity.

No one hates company just managers and seniours. And company is not good for site Engineers, company is good for only bachelor's not for married people's
