Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

If you’re a passive investor, then commsec is clearly not for you, it does not offer portfolio management or trade copy service. It seems seems to me that the minimum commsec deposit is u likely to be pulled by a beginner. Of course each person decide for himself how to manage his own funds. But I would recommend for novice trades to choose a broker that offer managed portfolio management. With their helps, you can protect yourself from complete collapse and at the same time learn how to trade stock markets assets, BenArmstrong-trades have features to accommodate passive and beginners, my trading endeavors there are highly successful . Commsec does not provide such portfolio investments. So you have to trade in your own
