No promotion No hike No budget No proper management towards getting new projects Managers look only about their careers and just spoiling company If you complain of indiscipline happening at office, you will be in layoff list....please bare it if you join You should blame others mistake on yourself, otherwise you know Managers are not working towards betterment of company, that why it's in loss They layoff innocent one and ruin their careers. Be cautious

What one can call a dream job is this. What's not good here.. Nothing.. People, to policies to package, everything is designed to make people stay here for Long.. I had to quit due to personal reasons, otherwise, I might have went on to work for another decade or so.. If one gets an offer from here and doesn't grab it with both hands.. They have something to regret about for an eternity..

commscope giving a chance to work with full safety. In covid 19 lockdown commscope paid half salary and for travelling best fislity due to sosal distance.
