The nagar panchayat is open for local citizens and they working for all government schemes as per order Ex. PMAY, Ramai Awas, Swachh maharashtra Abhiyan etc. I love the part of team that make clean city as a city coordinator in Swachh survekshan 19. As a result I get to travel for workshop, training and meeting even I also conducted worksho for vulnerable groups. Working with and college ,schools, Shgs. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various field, background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high and compulsory to stay at particular location. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hrs in a day. And its a contractual job.
