...good to work. Work timing is more 10 hours a day. Almost 6 days working culture. Very low salary as compared to high technical experience. Candidates having 10+ years of experience will have same salary as Candidates having salary of 5+ years of experience.

Nothing as such because there was no work life balance. We worked for 12-14 Hrs a day. Even on holiday. Pathetic work life balance as there was no personal time.

Salary was ok. 1. No increment. 2. No job guarantee 3. Lot of politics. 4. People who were not knowing anything were handling an entire team. 5. Work life balance was pathetic. No personal time. 6.We work for 12-14 Hrs a day even on holiday. 7. No growth even for payroll employees.

Very Great place for career growth,Top management ensures everyone are greatest contributors in workplace,and following benefits too..Friendly management and always treats everyone like own family members and office will never be like a office, but it will be more than a home.Management ensure proper training for a newly joined resources,apart from this one can also enjoy seaview within 150 metres to office desk,Awesome environment of office and staff accomodations and Lot more surprises in regular intervals will always makes employees happy and fullfilled.

Nothing in particular as we are trying to create difference in Banking in Qatar, we are facing challenges but am sure we will overcome it.

Depends on the team which you work.. My team is terrible and they themselves don't know what they are doing and asking us to do...I have no job satisfaction here

The culture and the management, micromanagement is a big minus here
