Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

good platform for freshers to learn and explore Salaries are bit low for most of the high paying roles Management is average, no much events or fun activities on weekends

Work Balance is Good. new learning is always available and team is supporting. For execution travelling within country and international tour are required and all facilities like travelling cost ; lodging and food cost are bare by company itself.

I couldn't find any good except one thing that they provide accommodation if you are out of the Mumbai and free lunch if you come to office.

Weekends dun guarantee- forget weekends plans - mandatory calls on weekends ensure you will never miss a moment of joy.

Dislikes

12 to 15 hours working. No work life balance. Need to work Saturday and Sunday. Meetings include shouting and shame. No overtime for overwork. Work till 1 AM and be in the office at sharp 9 AM XD Can expect random call at 2 AM also for work or meetings. No appreciation. And these are the reason people doesn’t work here for more than one or two months. Worst company i have worked with.
