A full of dirty politics. One person can manipulate all the process as per his choice. Not a system oriented company. Apart from work everything u will find here such as politics, affairs, manipulation,bad process etc etc..

They'll show that they're very supportive, understanding and helpful in the beginning! But the reality begins after 1-2 months.

No promotion since 3 years No appraisal / increment even after completing 1 year - they'll give invalid reasons for not giving you increment No work- life balance, they'll expect you to work out of working hours and still it's unpaid No compensatory leaves even if they show , the manager never approves Burden of work, less employees in office People from other department will keep complaining / back stab about you ,hence you won't be promoted Managers/ colleagues will interfere in your personal life No professionalism maintained by anyone Girls there are like TV Serial Aunties Boys are .... Very less educated and less experienced people are hired making the office look like a fish market and miss behaviour, people with zero etiquettes In case of emergency, no leaves approved/ WFH given And the list goes on.

They gave me offer letter but after my resignation they are demanding to move Hyderabad otherwise your offer letter will be cancelled no job security please care full to join while I haven't moved Hyderabad so they have cancelled my offer letter.

Not as much. If you perform and complete your duties it's a good place to consider. If you don't perform & are not good resource then job security is not there.
