...Also have tie up with top institutes for higher education programs (subsidized). Lot's of events round the clock and gives nice goodies on December and a Diwali bonus.

Dislikes

Annual hikes are very less around 10% max. If you don't get promoted to next level in 2-3 years, you will be underpaid. Also internal promotions hikes are less (around 15%). Bad food options in the office and the tech park is in a really bad location, right opposite to garbage dump.

Likes

The extremely high satisfying office atmosphere & work culture. Good compensation & benefits like free lunch etc. Very well designed & maintained office looks. High value as it's a product based & has several products with them. You name it, we have it kinda organization.

Nothing much. Seems to be pretty good for now.

Learning and job security is there which is mandatory for any organisation. Zero travel, even if you are interested

...ke appraisals, not based on performance, purely based on quotas and bell curve Salary and Benefits is not in par with industry standards.

... one good thing to say, and opportunities to learn and work in new technologies. You will get your variable pay more than 100%.

Dislikes

There is no WFH allowences, No furniture for WFH. Some activities remind you as like being in service company.
