I like because the company give on time the salary. The higher level of the company executives most hellfull for their neophites worker. The company work force to much very kind in helping it's other.

Dislikes

The company not giving extra overtime. During Ramadan time the over time paid salary not to be giving together with the regular compinsation no increase the salary they promised.

Salary comes every month, Car Allowance is provided. Health insurance provided.

Dislikes

...t Site, implementation of work, blame culture at work, No Accomodation benefits. No Salary increment even if performance is good, Some Incompetent and unprofessional persons appointed at job on others reference/influence. No food and Canteen facilities. Lot of Stress at workplace.

In our company have a strong proceduries to fight the virus, In our safety department we sharing any information with all employees at all company projects.

The work preesure is very high but that our works natural in HSE department.

It was a great experience working with highly talented and experienced teammates. It feels good when you are recognized timely by the management for the effort you put in your assignment.

Not good not bad overall it's ok, company has good name in kuwait looking forward to work one more time in future. Recently there's no project's to continue so everyone will get termination after 3month
