...nment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

One thing, for any business decision they rely on Denmark management. Higher management are from Denmark and Indian managers do not take independent decisions instead rely on Denmark management

In one line - A place to work is COLUMBUS. Team work is the dream work we are happy to be part of Columbus.

We all are working for Organization so keeping that in our mind we should try to bring a good name and recognition for our organization instead of politics and blaming people unnecessarily. Coming to the point, Columbus is the great place to work and balance our day to day life, here we have good team, free to work and am really happy to be a part of Columbus.

They fired most of their staff....and has not paid any salary from april onwards and infact after reopen they have not hire us back...

There is no employee satisfaction, no salary increment , not good for career growth

It's gives great flexibility to work in both working hours and work from home and the work culture allows us to think out of the box. The company takes good care of employees

There are workload has gone down in recent times just to be picky and not too bad here
