...en clearly told to the employees because that was in favour of the organisation. No salary on time.. no clarity if there is any deductions in salary.. no one to answer the query. HR manager is making it hell even more for the employees bcz every employee comes to HR if there is any issue.. but she didn't pick calls, neglect employees as much as she can. Overall don't ever suggest anyone to join Colossus Ventures .

... time so rule over employees. Treatimg employees as servants. No time schedule. They can call u anytime they want to and u have to come otherwise they will abscond you and no salary will be given weather you have given your whole time and dedication. They just want money but don't want to pay to the employees. No incentive on time. No salary on time.

I had high expectations when joining Teleperformance, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The management team often seemed disorganized, and communication between departments was lacking, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. Work-life balance was nearly impossible to maintain due to excessive hours and unrealistic expectations. Additionally, the training provided was inadequate, leaving employees unprepared to meet performance standards. While there are some good colleagues and occasional positive moments, the overall work environment felt toxic, with little support or recognition for hard work. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Nothing is good Very poor management. Irresponsible HR, Naver reply on mail phone and WhatsApp. Hire for parmanent WFH after one year ask for join WFO. School job culture. Always be in front of camera during shift even using hubstaff

I really like the environment of colossus. They always treat us like a family. We can learn so many things here. All staffs are co-operative and loving. Our CEO is best 💯. She gives positivity and courage us in every situation.

This company has the best IT eculture and great team. If I talk about CEO & CO-CEO both are gem people very Cooperative they understand the requirements of their employees and easy to reach. They're always ready to help their staff & give their best. Team leaders & trainers are also very good at friendly nature.
