The management at the time of employment was clueless of what they wanted out of the brand... Had a horrible boss for a short while, but then he was taken care of by the management.

Colorplus is very good company in my life I never seen like that company still am missing that company still I wanna work same company if I get opportunity I worked for 7 year I have learned for leadership experience teamwork and collorbaration to score a challenge position to reputable organisation to expand my learning knowledge and skills

Started my Retail career with it. A good company to work for. Ambience and Customer Interaction is what I enjoyed.

Dislikes

Company had changed a lot, the work culture is good only if you listen to order without any objection. Lots of politics to face. No one knows better than me. Have given 10 years of my life, the biggest mistake. Forget about good appraisal just like peanuts. Personal life is runnied. Every higher hierarchy is your boss. Here you have to keep your mouth shut even if your immedite boss abuse you. No action taken and finally you quit. They win.

Working with Colorplus was a full of fun along with learning. And I am thankful of Colorplus, my store manager and my VM who gave me a great chance to participate in VM competition through which I could know my skills and developed too and I could be a winner on north India Visual merchandiser champion. I was awarded for the same.

Can meet about 500 retail stores managers during Trade Show..which is a huge experience and exchange of views, feedback.

Work culture is too narrow, favouritism, old school thought people at decision making positions.
