When time to salary credit come they terminatw the employee n no salary process. Typically lala culture ,,Hire n Fire n stop salary of employee no FNF . I worked as NSM n this was the worst company of my carrier,,,,family people involvement too much ...

The office is nice

The company is filled with idiotic people who don't want to work and only want a free salary. Especially the one named Ishwar, who pretends to be a jack of all trades, can't make a decent site. The boss is just too busy to even talk about anything.

There is no company! One bossy lady is just operating with ten employees.

The wife of the owner hires people and makes them work on other brands, and not on Coloressence. Legit makes everyone work like anything

Teammates are really very helpful for me. Training help me out for much things to cope up. Job security was not too good. This brand was a good career growth for my future because every brand gives lots of knowledge related to brand as well as trends.

Dislikes

Growth was slow as well as there was not very good incentive and appraisal.
