The worst company ever, they hold out the last month's salary, and said that after the pending work is done then only they will release our salary, otherwise handover the work and forget the salary and resign from the job. They terminate the employees on the spot, pressurize the employees, and the 2nd director mam gets the follow up of the job in every 15 min, they will give the time for each work and that work has to be done in that time otherwise you are not capable.

They don't have patient, they wants two months pending work in only 2 hrs, if you don't have speed of work and understanding of some work it means you are not capable to work. There is no management. There is no any formality for new joiners, jese hi entry karoge files thama denge pending kam ki aur ese 2 hrs mein complete kar do. No job security, worst firm ever, they will take every 10 min follow up.

You Learn some things about Business/Operation how to learn it but Owners don't have patience. They will never give you time for it, you must have to very sharp, clever & Intelligent then you can stay yourself here. No one there to teach you, you have to learn yourself. Do Not Join this company to destroy the career.. Micro management of MD and his wife.. Worst Company... Office is like closed room... No any system in company.. Employees leaving job bery fastly.. Every week new employee joins. Beware of MD.
