Nothing it was a bad experience for me as my line manager does not follow company guidelines and the worst part is he has his own rules setup. In other ways company is good to work. Except the tag Java development team

Collinson group is a good company except one tag team line manager

No support provided. They expected the employees to purchase own laptop and also asked the employees to break the government rules of the train timings and come to work by taking a risk. The manager blamed and removed employees because they denied to come to work amidst the pandemic. Even though the employees were supporting the process by working as much as possible from home, they were not at all appreciated but just criticized. The company removed many employees in the covid situation.

Dislikes

The management. How much ever hard the employees work, I small mistake and gone. Hard work is appreciated only in words sometimes. They make the KRA according to their own rules and change it whenever they want. Add new rules to KRA whenever they want.. They give responsibility to employees which is not included in KRA, as a result rating in KRA goes down.

Likes

Work timing is nice 9 to 5.30 and off on weekends.

Dislikes

People here do not care about your personal issue or home matters. Also, there is no proper escalation of issues. They will try to threaten you if you try to leave your job.
