Lame work, no challenge work. Old legacy projects, policies, culture. If you just want to do some sloppy work and get paid. This is the organisation.

Dislikes

No professional growth or financial growth. Nowhere near to market pay standard. Boring legacy projects running from 7-8 years. Suppression from leads. You don't get support from your manager. Too much middle management politics. Too many old people sitting at middle level dragging any progress you want to make to the organisation or yourself at the same. Who just want things to go in their old fashioned way to keep them slow without progress.

Average Compensation. No Stock options No full time remote role for India employees. Though available for US.

Its a great company to work. You get good facilities and great environment to grow. Good choice for engineers with aerospace domain. Feel proud on what you do.

Looking at other companies, you will definitely feel that the compensation is not as good, provided you have gained good expertise on a technology that this company does not work much on.

Salary and Benefits are way below market, too much favoritism, petty politics

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow
