Lame work, no challenge work. Old legacy projects, policies, culture. If you just want to do some sloppy work and get paid. This is the organisation.

Dislikes

No professional growth or financial growth. Nowhere near to market pay standard. Boring legacy projects running from 7-8 years. Suppression from leads. You don't get support from your manager. Too much middle management politics. Too many old people sitting at middle level dragging any progress you want to make to the organisation or yourself at the same. Who just want things to go in their old fashioned way to keep them slow without progress.

Excellent place to upskill yourself Leading industry in aerospace defense and R&D sector. Very organized and ethics are top most for daily business. Company ready to spend for your education and sponsor courses at any price

Dislikes

Poor compensation for the work. Benifits and salary are low compared to the company's turnover and global reach Very long working hours due to global collaboration on projects (EU Or US customers)

Terrible work life balance at times Management is extremely poor They'll make you work for 24 hrs when there's pressure, even on Saturday Sunday's. Make sure your team is good. It can make a huge difference.

There is a culture of innovation developed so well within the company. New ideas are welcomed with broad open arms and are given alot of importance. One of the best companies to be in as it has a great prospective future in aerospace and defense.

Dislikes

The compensation is not as good. Growth in terms of salary isn't so good. You are given a good salary when you join, but the growth is slower in the subsequent years.
