Bad work environment because of on person on site.

... is a poor management on site and management doesn't address our issues on site. Salary is decent but career growth is low. Reporting office management is perfect. Specially I appreciate Mrs. Mugdha madam she is so active and always support us. But on site senior person is not good.

...s PMP certificate mandatory orelse they are not fit to handle team below them. Payscale is not standard for less experienced low performers good pay and hard workers demotivational pay scale

Company is good but project manager are not worth to handle team .any circumstances project manager should not compromise on company standards or else no point of working as clients pawn or stamp

Very bad work life balance with worst HR policies and only exploitation of employees.

Compensation is bad, with less growth. The work pressure is extremely high, I have to work 14-16 hours in a day. Managers are busy in themselves and you have to do the job at any cost within deadline.

Very worst management especially MR.Veeresh is very cunning minded person in the construction industry I never seen such a worst person in the industry and not fit to be human . Man with worst character .
