They have many sister brother small brother like companies which are attached to them and they say hiring for Collegedunia but they will hire for their startup companies and Oke of it was Mobisaturn it is a waste company with little to zero knowledge and they hire and fire like if they have clients then they take employees and if the clients withdraw the operations they needed then this sitty company also removed employees. No job safety

Worst company for the fresher and experienced person as they are really bad at starting they don’t have proper train Structure and hire and fire is very common here they will not even listen your points and not interested in your opinion they will just only do what ever they want to do I recommend please don’t work here

Unsupervised training, lack of constructive criticism, petty politics played by underqualified team leaders, a bully on top of the chain (Nishit Kumar) who threatens to sack you every now and then, partiality from HR between new and old employees when it comes to feedbacks and complaints, polished exploitation. It is a horrible place to work. Moreover, if you are not stationed at the headquarters, you are doomed further.

Nothing. If you are from tier one B School, please avoid it. Generally please avoid the company if you are not in urgent need of job/money

They put some employees on Furlough but thankfully I was not in that list. They also deducted salary of employees whose salary is more than 30,000.

Dislikes

The Team Leaders are inefficient and lack empathy. Favouritism and licking culture due to some old employees. Rest every things is fine. If you manage to butter people, you will survive happily here.
