Generally speaking no doubt the work environment is good in the organisation as all of the employees work in a team. It gives me sense of responsibilities to share my knowledge and experience towards my students so by this I thereby not only impart the knowledge but also gain a lot from them as well. In college we also get the opportunity to interact with the experts from the industry and education field by attending number of seminars and conferences. Management of the college is also very supportive in many fields

Dislikes

I am not satisfied with the fixed curriculum of syllabus which seems to be hindrance to brush up my technical skills with the advancement in the Technology .
