Working 5day week is good, but if the Friday works can be half day and remaining half day for entertainment will be better

There is nothing to like. ya if you are fresher and you want to start your career and you get the chance to work here. so you can join here. work environment is fine. but your personal life should be finish. salary should be in your account but for Appraisal here is no process. After decision about your last year performance then also they can ask anything. they can ask like please send me a mail what you did in previous year. that's funny. but it's serious in a professional life. so all the best guys and enjoy the life.
