There is no job security, they don't pay any thing , even they can not lift our calls, and not responding for our mail, they don't pay single ruppe to the employes.please dont join the company. Try another org don't come in to this.

They give training for the subject but here we don't have job security, and they don't pay single rupee. Time waste . They not responding for our calls and msgs and mails . Don't tempt for there talks , and packages, they offer so much but they don't give atleast one month salary.

Until you without asking any salary hike they will treat as good they do. once after start asking for salary hike they won't treat at all and you if you want leave the company they wont let you go in smooth way. if they wanted release they can do immediately.

Overall, I had a good experience working with Collabera. It has a good company culture with knowledgeable managers and team leads (atleast in my case :), Average Salary but if you are looking for a stable and a long time career at one company, this should be your priority.

There is a little office politics at the management level, a few managers are difficult to deal with.

They don’t even care about the employees once they placed in client location. The leave policy is worst and Coming to appraisal part even we are getting good feedback and pay from client they don’t give least yearly appraisal once they started the process they will take minimum 4 months and from 5 month they will reflect the hike and if we ask next year they will take like since we have 5 months back will give in next year in the same month 😌😌

- HR is not supportive and talks only about what his or her close friends discuss. - if you are a boss friend you can stay or else please - If You will talk to higher management please note your days are less in the company. - Never join Employee relations
