There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Sometimes the workload becomes too much to handle and pressure regarding delivering months' goal soars. But through proper planning, all these can be managed. Planning is the key.

Abusive Environment. HR as well as RM ASM provides negative feedback to other companies for resigning employee. One can ruin his / her career their No ASM RM visits in market only pressurise CDO

Salary seems low , specially for those persons who are coming from a different city and staying in Mumbai. Appraisal is also average. Getting Promotion is very difficult here. As a senior analyst in business analytics domain my salary is below average than the whole industry. Sometimes managers use to micro-manage.
