No perks, or other compensation. Only one leave per month for one year no other kind of leave. Heavy work load and unethical behaviour of the top management. CEO won't listen your input and never trust you.

Company I mean office is Good even HR also Good but CEO not good because company when founded starting joiners only supporting owners no need new employees talent just need like Robot work better buy a robot

Company rules & regulation crossing by seniors even cheating to companies, company need money that’s it, ex. Seniors gang here they biometric not doing even senior not going anywhere just phone call to guiding heavy workload that work he related but everything new employees need to work or else this is not our related work informing feedback badly giving to CEO after he will firing lot of employees, not giving leaves seniors week off handling frequently changing & incentives also properly giving, fake signature doing at documents (Flat Owner’s went abroad) stupid politics & allowance not giving just money money this Realestate Brad Realty cheating to customer communist politics.
